      曝气设备运行状态直接影响污水处理厂的高效运行及能源消耗量,为弥补曝气机故障诊断研究的匮乏,本文以倒伞型表面曝气机为研究对象,通过对曝气设备振动信号的监测与特征分析,基于分形理论和状态划分故障征兆的思想,探讨了故障发生时曝气设备振动信号的演化特征,并分析了不同采样点数、不同运行模式及不同振动监测方向对故障表征量——分形维数的影响。证实了分形方法可以用于曝气机的故障诊断中,为污水厂关键设备的稳定高效运行提供理论基础。
英文摘要:
      The running state of the aeration equipment directly affects the efficient operation and energy consumption of the wastewater treatment plant (WWTP).There was little research about fault diagnosis of aeration equipment. This paper monitored and analyzed the vibration data of aerator aeration equipments,and discussed the evolution characteristic of vibration signal when faults occured in aeration equipments. Based on the fractal theory and principles of state classification, the effects of different sampling points,different operation modes and different vibration monitoring directions on the fractal dimension were discussed. It was proved that the fractal method can be used in the fault diagnosis of aerator equipment,which provided the theory and application support for the stable and efficient operation of WWTP.
